Multicereal Shortcrust


Grupa Težina / Zapremnina
Panomix Multicereal Dark 5.000 gr
Flour T70% 5.000 gr
Puff pastry margarine 2.000 gr
Regal 200 gr
Olive Oil 1.500 gr
Water ±3.500 gr


Mix all the ingredient together at low speed for 2 minutes and then switch to high speed for 1 minutes until you get a smooth, homogenous dough.

Cut the dough into preferable portions, mould as you wish and then proceed with the desired filling and decoration.

Bake at 220-230°C without steam for 20-25 minutes.
