New Year's Day Cake with fresh cream and caramelized almonds
Mama's Cake - a traditional Greek “Vasilopita” with fresh cream and caramelized almonds

Casa Cream UHT (Fresh cream) | 150 gr | Cake ingredients |
Orange shavings | 1-2 oranges | Cake ingredients |
Caramelized almonds (crumbs) | 200 gr | Extra ingredients |
Decor Icing White (sugar paste) | Extra ingredients |
Priprema
Use the flat beater to mix all the cake ingredients together at medium speed for 5 minutes. The mixture you get should be in liquid form without volume.
Add the caramelized almonds and mix all the ingredients together for 1 minute.
Pour the mixture into preferable molds, filling them up to ¾.
Bake at 150-160°C for 50-55 minutes (depending on the weight and molds you use).
Decorate with Décor Icing White (sugar paste).
