Mama's Cake - Perfect eaten cold with a scoop of vanilla ice-cream.

Priprema
Use the flat beater to mix all the ingredients together (apart from the yogurt) at medium speed for 4 minutes.
Add the yogurt and mix with a spatula.
Bake at 170°C for 40-45 minutes.
Once the traybake has cooled down you can coat it with warm syrup (27-28°C).
Decorate with Black Line Orange Slices (dry, sugar coated orange slices).
