| Eggs | 300 gr | |
| Chocolatier Choco Bisc | 250 gr | |
| Dip White (melted) | extra ingredients | |
| Biscotto Noir Orfeo | extra ingredients |
Priprema
Use the flat beater to mix all the ingredients together (apart from the Chocolatier Choco Bisc) for 1 minute at low speed and then switch to high speed for 3 minutes until you get a homogeneous dough.
Add the Chocolatier Choco Bisc and mix slowly with a spatula.
Pour into molds, filling them up to 2/3.
Bake at 165°C for 35-45 minutes.
Once the cake has cooled down coat with Dip White (melted) and Biscotto Noir Orfeo.
