Mama’s Olikis 2.000 g
Oil (seed oil) 800 g
Water 800 g
Fine Cream Salted Caramel at will filling
Chocolatier Avorio Cream at will filling


Use the flat beater to mix all the ingredients at medium speed for 5 minutes, until you get a homogenous dough.

Pour the mixture into “Muffin trays” and bake at 180°C for ± 40 minutes, depending on their weight.

Once the cakes have cooled down you can fill them using a piping bag.
