Forest fruit traybake

Red Forest Fruit Cake 900 g
Eggs 350 g
Oil 300 g
Water 300 g
Regal 10g
Inverted sugar syrup 400 g
Water 200 g
Casa Cream 35% 500 g
Arabesque White 30% 600 g


Mix all the ingredients with the whisk at medium speed for 3 minutes.

Serve on a baking plate 30x40 cm.

Bake in a preheated oven at 165°C for 20 minutes.

For the syrup

Put the inverted sugar syrup, the water and Casa cream 35% in a saucepan and heat until it reaches 60°C. Add the Arabesque White 30% and mix until it gets smooth. Cut into desired pieces and syrup the hot fruit pie with the warm syrup.
