Mix all the ingredients at the slow speed of the planetary mixer with the “flat beater” for 1-2 minutes. At the end the dough must be homogeneous.

Cut the dough into pieces weighing 20-25 gr, make halves in shape and place them on non-stick paper.

Bake at 200°C for 15 minutes, depending on the cookies weight.
