Vegan Cake Mix 1000 g for the tart
Pastry flour 900 g for the tart
Princess margarine 750 g for the tart
Water 125 g for the tart
Sunflower oil 125 g for the tart
Frutafill Apple 1000 g for the filling
Crushed walnuts 300 g for the filling
Sultanina raisins 300 g for the filling
Cinnamon 8 g for the filling
Eldorado 1000 g covering
Water 350 g covering

Priprema

Add all ingredients to the mixer bowl and beat for 3-4 minutes on low speed (except the filling ingredients).
Put 240 g of tart dough in 22 cm and 3 cm high pans. In a bowl, mix all the filling ingredients. Then fill each tart with 400g of filling.
Bake at 180°C for 30-35 minutes.
Place all the covering ingredients in a saucepan and heat, stirring constantly, until the Eldorado is completely dissolved.
Before the tart cools, decorate its surface with Eldorado.
