Oat | 300 g |
Pistachio | 200 g |
Almonds | 200 g |
Dried fruit | 300 g |
Regal (baking powder) | 15 g |
Brown sugar | 100 g |
Priprema
Mix all the ingredients together.
Spread the mixture into a 2 cm layer, onto a parchment paper lined tray
Bake at 210oC for 8-10 minutes.
Before it cools down, score and cut as you wish.
