Casa Cream (optional) 400 g

Priprema

Mix the ingredients using the whisk for 4 minutes in high speed, until you have a smooth cream.


The custard is freeze/thaw/bake stable.


Suitable to use in pastry applications and as a filling for products that are going to be baked.


Can be combined with Mama’s Zero or any other ingredients with no added sugar.
